It was gay-pride weekend this weekend in Amsterdam, meaning the city was full of parties, events and fun. Especially the canal parade on Saturday was so much fun. With a group of friends we sat in a boat at the side of the canal and watched the entire parade come by while drinking exceptional amounts of wine. Maybe because of this I missed half of the parade, felt very hungover the next day and could hardly talk. Also I decided to not bring my camera. There is so much to see, that I was afraid to experience the entire day through a camera and I choose to experience the event instead. Yesterday was the closing party, which again was so much fun although the weather was not really cooperating. Today it's back to normal.
