Ibiza, October 10th, Beach day Index = 8. The beach of Salinas is the beautiful people beach. I have not been here during season but I am sure it's busy and fabulous: though not for me, I like my beach to not be too crowded. But today it's not season and the weather isn't perfect. The Jockey Club, one of the beach clubs there offers about the best Sangria I have tasted. The make it with fresh fruit juice and mix it with Cava (or Champagne if you want). Other than that the spot is perfect and Salinas is always remarkably sunny when the rest of Ibiza is in the clouds.
