Escavallet, October 13th, Beach Day Index = 8. It's a beuatiful October day in Ibiza. After a few days of storm it i now quiet again and the morning is fresh and fantasic. We alk from the car park in Salinas through the pine forest, meet the dog thats always there half way and install ourselves on the beach in front of Chiringay. They are wrapping up there and I remember how I was here in May when they just openend. The beach is gorgeous and serene and the water is still perfectly fine for swimming. Especially after a glass of wine. Today we drink the Portuguese Mattheus, a light sprakling rose wine. The bottle is hideous, but the wine is fine!
