Zandvoort, September 20th, Beach Day Index = 9. It is Saturday and it's count down to the end of beach season now. So Madon the dogs and me had no other goal than make it to the beach and enjoy one of the last days here at Tyn Akersloot. Strangely enough I have not been ON the dutch beach a lot this year. Mostly at the terrace or on one of the sun beds in the glass enclosed area of the beach club. But today was out last chance to be on the beach. Most of the beds were gone and just a few were set up today. Some of the clubs have already put their beach beds in storage. Despite average temperaturs of 20 degrees, but wihtout wind it was fantastic to be sat on the beach. With some wine and 'New York Style smooth jazz' form the good old ipod, we had another fantastic day with plenty of time to read, talk and sleep.
