Zandvoort, September 21st, Beach Day Index = 8. After our visit to the park this morning we are back on the beach, now clinging on to the last days of the beach season. My beach club has taken away the beach beds, so we were on a sheet on the beach (see the panorama pic below, the guy in the red jacket is Madon). Because the wind has been from the East for the past week, the waves are completely gong and the North Sea looks not that bad, it just doesn't have that familiar muddy look with it's dirty foam. Laying on the sand was wonderful and since we felt it was one of the last days we had a bottle of bubbles.
